Common questions

How much does shipping cost?

We charge a flat fee of $15. We email you a shipping label after your order is processed and take care of the return shipping. Orders of 5 or more knives ship free.

Where is my shipping label?

We will provide a shipping label shortly after you place your order.  Be sure to monitor your spam, as the e-mail containing the shipping label is sometimes redirected to your spam folder.

How long does it take?

Most orders ship back within one week of the day we receive them. You'll get an email when your package arrives and another when it's on its way back to you.

Can I send several knives in one box?

Yes. Set the quantity to the number of knives you're sending and pack them all in one box, each with its edge covered. Send 5 or more and shipping is free.

What if a knife needs more than a standard sharpening?

We inspect every blade when it arrives. If one needs repair work, like a broken tip or deep chips, we'll contact you before doing anything beyond a standard sharpening.

I'm in Arlington. Do I need to mail my knives?

No. If you're in Arlington, Virginia or the National Landing area, you can use our local services instead, with free pick-up and drop-off.

Ready when your knives are

Ordering takes a couple of minutes. Your prepaid label arrives by email.  Keep an eye on your spam folder - shipping labels are sometimes redirected there.
